Human Resources Generalist

As a Human Resources Generalist, you'll serve as the primary HR resource for a dynamic team of 170 employees across multiple states. This position offers a unique blend of operational and strategic responsibilities, with approximately 70% payroll-focused (ADP) and 30% HR administration.

Key responsibilities include managing weekly payroll for multi-state employees (salary, hourly, commission) using ADP, supporting core HR functions : recruiting, onboarding, benefits administration, and employee relations, assisting with union audits and ensuring compliance with labor agreements, leading open enrollment and benefits audits, and maintaining accurate HR records and ensuring timely communication.

What we're looking for includes a bachelor's degree, 3+ years of payroll experience in ADP, and experience with multi-state payroll and union environments (preferred).

This is a contract to hire position based out of Minneapolis, MN, with a pay range of $30.00 - $37.00 / hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
