Collections Clerk

Collections Clerk Full Time M-F :

Minimum Qualifications Required :

• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Minimum 1 Year experience in Collections.
• Experience with high volume calls.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Bilingual (English / Spanish), Excellent interpersonal and customer services skills.
• Must be organized, detail-oriented, and able to multi-task.
• Experience in Healthcare and / or Customer Service setting, Medical Terminology preferred.
