Scion Staffing has been engaged to conduct a search for an RPG Programmer / Systems Analyst for an established, growth-oriented manufacturing organization known for its collaborative culture and commitment to operational excellence. This is a full-time onsite role based in the Grand Rapids, MI area. Relocation assistance is offered for qualified candidates outside the region.

POSITION OVERVIEW :

The RPG Programmer / Systems Analyst will support core business operations by developing and maintaining ERP and MES systems while delivering critical data insights for leadership. This role blends hands-on programming, systems support, and cross-functional collaboration within a production-focused environment.
