Develop and produce a wide range of design materials such as logos, brochures, presentations, and possibly videos. Ensure all designs adhere to 508 compliance guidelines, maintaining accessibility and usability. Apply design principles such as typography, hierarchy, and visual balance, to create effective, visually appealing assets that reinforce the office's mission and purpose. Maintain a cohesive visual identity across all materials, ensuring consistency in branding and messaging. Work closely with stakeholders to understand project objectives and provide creative solutions that meet both design and functionalrequirements. Basic Qualifications : 5+ years of experience in graphic design Experience with 508 compliance, to design and develop accessible products Experience using Micro sof t Office Suite and Adobe Creative Suite programs, including InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, and Adobe Acrobat Experience facilitating discussions with clients about complex workforce messages, data presentations, and analytic ideas Experience working within the government or defense sectors Knowledge of the DoD and Intelligence Community ( IC ) Ability to provide a portfolio showcasing a broad range ofgraphicdesign Ability to work with the client to define projectrequirements and create designs that effectively communicate key messages Active TS / SCI clearance; willingness to take a polygraph exam Bachelor’s degree Additional Qualifications : Ability to provide ongoing support to senior-level and executive staff Ability to discuss project expectations, set timelines, and maintain deadlines with minimal oversight Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams Possession of excellent verbal and written communication skills Clearance :

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $99,000.00 to $225,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
