About the Role

The Company is seeking a VP of Accounting to lead its global accounting, tax, and compliance operations. This strategic finance leader will be responsible for shaping the financial future of the business, overseeing the development of strategic frameworks for financial operations, and ensuring the accuracy and compliance of all financial activities. The role involves leading a geographically distributed team, partnering with senior executives, and driving financial excellence, transparency, and innovation. The successful candidate will also be instrumental in system and process transformation, and will be expected to provide insights and data-driven recommendations to executive leadership and the board. Candidates for the VP of Accounting position at the company should be CPA certified, with a Master's degree in a relevant field preferred. Experience in a PE-backed company and a proven track record of leading large, complex, international accounting teams are essential. The role requires a strong technical foundation in GAAP and global tax compliance, as well as experience in driving system implementation or financial transformation initiatives. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills, and demonstrate a balance of operational precision and strategic vision.
