Closing Specialist

On behalf of Geraci LLP, we are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Closing Specialist to join our team. This role plays a critical part in ensuring transactions are processed smoothly, accurately, and on time. The Closing Specialist will work directly with the attorney handling the file, manage all documentation and compliance requirements, coordinate with internal and external stakeholders, and serve as the final checkpoint before deals are completed.

Key Responsibilities

• Document Preparation & Review

Drafts or reviews closing packages (deeds, settlement statements, loan docs, title commitments, affidavits).

Works with title companies to confirm a clear title.

Acts as a liaison among buyers, sellers, real estate agents, lenders, title companies, and attorneys.

Sets the closing appointment.

Submits documents for recording with the county.

Qualifications

Strong organizational and multitasking ability.

Working Hours :

Full Time (40 hours per week)

Monday through Friday 8 a.m. - 5 p.m. Pacific Time
