Global Total Rewards Manager
The Global Total Rewards (Compensation & Benefits) Manager plays a key role in ensuring the smooth, accurate, and compliant administration of Global Total Rewards programs across all countries. This role partners closely with Global HR Operations, HRBPs, Payroll, Legal, Finance, and external vendors to ensure high-quality execution and exceptional employee experience.
Key Responsibilities
U.S. Benefits
- Serve as the operational lead for all benefits programs, including, but not limited to medical, dental, vision, life, disability, HSA / FSA, COBRA, EAP, wellness, and retirement plans.
- Oversee day-to-day benefits administration, ensuring accurate eligibility, timely vendor updates, and a positive employee experience.
- Validate payroll deductions, ensuring alignment across HRIS, payroll, and carrier systems; manage escalations related to data mismatches or feed errors.
- Create and maintain benefits documentation, including plan summaries, FAQs, guides, communications, and intranet content.
- Manage key operational deliverables for U.S. Open Enrollment, including project planning, system configuration reviews, vendor coordination, timeline tracking, and final data reconciliation.
- Reconcile monthly benefits invoices, ensuring accuracy of premiums, headcount, and coverage tiers.
- Identify operational gaps and recommend improvements to strengthen accuracy, reduce errors, and enhance the employee experience.
Global Benefits Support & Harmonization
Support global benefits operations across EMEA, APAC, LATAM, and Canada, including renewals, data requests, and vendor coordination.Monitor global renewal timelines, rates, and plan changes, escalating operational risks or inconsistencies.Maintain global benefits inventories, track statutory changes across countries, and support alignment of benefits offerings with market benchmarks and local regulations.Assist with global benefits harmonization initiatives, comparing plan designs, costs, and statutory requirements to support leadership decision-making.Global Perks and Wellness
Support the harmonization of global perks and supplemental benefits, ensuring consistency across regions and alignment with local statutory requirements.Coordinate with regional HR teams to ensure perks are administered accurately, comply with eligibility rules, and meet local tax and reporting obligations.Support global wellness programming, including mental health initiatives, fitness reimbursements, recognition programs, EAP utilization reviews, and cross-regional engagement strategies.Global Compensation
Act as a compensation business partner to HRBPs and People Leaders, providing guidance on job leveling, salary placement, promotions, retention concerns, internal equity, and pay alignment.Interpret and apply talent architecture frameworks to ensure roles are appropriately aligned to job families, levels, and compensation structures.Support the annual compensation review cycle by testing the system, answering system / process related questions, troubleshooting issues, and partnering with the Compensation Analyst to ensure HRBPs and leaders receive timely support.Support the administration of incentive compensation programs, including annual bonus, sales incentives, and long-term incentive programs.Assist with global market pricing, including collecting international compensation data, partnering with survey vendors, validating job matches, and supporting compensation benchmarking across EMEA / APAC / LATAM / North America.Global Compliance, Audits & Regulatory Reporting
Oversee ERISA-related compliance activities, including coordination of required annual filings, maintenance of accurate census data, and collaboration with carriers, brokers, and Legal.Manage annual ACA compliance activities, including eligibility validation, measurement period tracking, and support for 1094 / 1095 reporting.Lead annual nondiscrimination testing for health & welfare and retirement plans, coordinating data collection, validating results, and supporting corrective actions.Support U.S. 401(k) compliance, including eligibility tracking, accurate payroll deductions, timely contribution remittance, SECURE Act 2.0 requirements, nondiscrimination testing, Form 5500 coordination, and preparation of required participant notices.Ensure SECURE Act 2.0 compliance for 401(k) administration, including Roth automation, catch-up rules, rehire eligibility, and corrections.Support Canada RRSP compliance, ensuring accurate contribution calculations and remittances, proper PA (Pension Adjustment) reporting, alignment with CRA rules and provincial requirements, and coordination with payroll and recordkeepers on file accuracy.Support U.S. and EU pay equity and pay transparency compliance by conducting recurring equity audits, reviewing pay practices for regulatory alignment, and partnering with HR Ops and Legal to maintain accurate pay range documentation and required disclosures.Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, Finance, or related field (or equivalent experience).5-7+ years of experience in benefits, compensation, or total rewards.HR Certifications, a plus (SHRM, HRCI, etc.)Strong expertise in U.S. health & welfare plans, retirement plans, compliance, and vendor management.Experience supporting or administering global benefits programs across EMEA, APAC, LATAM, and Canada.Experience supporting global compensation programs, including pay benchmarking, salary structures, job leveling, and global compensation cycle execution.Strong analytical and data visualization skills (e.g., Excel, Power BI).Experience working with HRIS and payroll platforms (ADP, UKG, or similar).Strong communication, consulting, collaboration, and stakeholder-management skills.Exceptional project management, organization, and follow-through.Understanding of global HR compliance and employment law related to compensation and benefits.Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise sound judgment in sensitive matters.Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this position is $82,000 USD - $100,000 USD annually. Ultimately, in determining pay, we will consider the successful candidate's location, experience, and other job-related factors. Group benefits currently include a selection of health care plans with prescription drug coverage, dental plan, vision plan, basic and supplemental life insurance, a flexible spending account for medical and dependent care expenses or a health savings account based on plan selection, short / long term disability and 401(k) Savings Plan.
