NEW Heart Failure ICU Nurse Practitioner Opening in Houston, Texas

Join a leading medical center where your expertise is valued and your growth is supported. Seeking a Heart Failure ICU Nurse Practitioner to provide comprehensive care for complex cardiac patients.

What You’ll Do :

Manage patients on VV / VA ECMO, mechanical circulatory support, heart and lung transplant, LVAD, and post-op cardiac surgery.

Provide assessment, diagnosis, treatment, and in-hospital follow-up in collaboration with a specialized team.

Participate in professional development and ongoing patient care improvements.

Qualifications : AGACNP required

2+ years RN or NP Critical Care experience (Cardiology preferred)

New NPs must have 2+ years Critical Care ICU RN experience

Willingness to train on devices

Details :

FT Nights, 12-hour shifts (paid for 40 hours)

Rotating weekends & holidays; no call

Generous PTO including personal days & a spiritual holiday

8% geographical differential

2–3 month credentialing process
