We are looking for a skilled Customer Service Representative to join our team on a contract basis in Long Beach, California. In this role, you will interact directly with customers to provide outstanding support and ensure their inquiries are effectively addressed. This position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to a dynamic apparel manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities :

• Respond to customer inquiries through inbound calls and emails, ensuring a positive and engaging experience.
• Accurately enter and process customer orders using NetSuite and Zendesk.
• Collaborate with Account Managers to provide additional support and resolve complex customer issues.
• Manage multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining a strong attention to detail.
• Prioritize workload effectively to meet deadlines and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Address challenges with resourcefulness and find solutions to customer concerns.
• Maintain excellent organizational skills to handle high volumes of customer interactions.
• Deliver thorough and timely resolutions to customer needs.
• Actively contribute to improving customer service processes and procedures.
