Job Description

We are searching for a Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) TCP Cinco Ranch someone to gather information, assess and provide direct care to patients. Works collaboratively with other members of the healthcare team to render age-appropriate care.

Qualifications :

• High school graduate, GED, or equivalent
• Diploma or Certificate from a school of vocational nursing OR Documentation from the Texas Board of Nursing verifying an exception to the requirement for a diploma from a school of vocational nursing
• Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) by the State of Texas Board of Nurse Examiners or Compact
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required from the American Heart Association
• Knowledge of pediatric assessment and treatment
• Knowledge of related OSHA and CLIA / COLA guidelines and requirements, general office tasks, confidentiality and filing system
• Proficiency with treatments such as nebulizer, ear irrigation and dressing changes
