YOUR DAY AS OUR GENERAL MANAGER :

As our General Manager, you will oversee every aspect of our operations and ensure our team delivers exceptional service. You'll supervise field operations, manage job quality, scheduling, inspections, and vendor relationships, and handle escalated customer concerns. You'll lead recruiting, onboarding, performance reviews, and foster a culture of accountability and communication. You'll also collaborate with leadership to refine workflows, implement long-term strategies, and maintain operational excellence.

This is a full-time position with standard core hours of 7 : 00 AM to 4 : 00 PM, Monday through Friday. The role requires flexibility and availability outside core hours for urgent matters, including job site issues, customer escalations, or operational emergencies.

REQUIREMENTS :

Having 20+ years of total experience would be a huge plus!
