Here at Tooth Tales, we are a Pediatric and Orthodontic Dental Practice and for our adults we have The Bite Dental. We have been caring for the Dade, Broward and Palm Beach County Community for over fifteen Years. We offer full dental and Orthodontic Services at all ages. Not only do we ensure that optimal oral health is met, but we are also major contributors of Health and Wellness within the communities we serve. We are proud to say with our newer location, Tooth Tales in Coral Springs, is seeing tremendous growth within the past four years since opening.

We are looking for a positive, energetic and caring team player, to bring new and fresh ideas to join our Tooth Tales and The Bite Dental Family.

We are in need of a full time Marketing Director to be in charge of the organizations marketing ventures. This primarily involves developing and implementing strategies to strengthen the companys market presence and help it find a voice that will make a difference. The ideal candidate will be an experienced professional who is passionate about working in a team and family oriented environment, able to employ unique marketing techniques. He / She will be a skilled marketing strategist and able to drive creativity and enthusiasm in others. The goal is to increase the companys market share and maximize revenues in order to thrive against competitors.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to create awareness of the companys business activities
• Social media - experience with Instagram, TikTok, Facebook and other platforms. You will be responsible to implement and create content for videos.
• Supervise the department and provide guidance and feedback to other marketing professionals
• Produce ideas for promotional events or activities and organize them efficiently
• Plan and execute campaigns for Tooth Tales and The Bite Dental.
• Monitor progress and submit performance reports
• Responsible for producing valuable content for the companys online presence, editorial design and organizing the companys publications. You will be working along with our graphic designer.
• Conduct general market research to keep abreast of trends and competitors marketing movements
• Control budgets and allocate resources amongst projects. Responsible to order necessary marketing supplies and keep proper inventory.
• Become the organizations agent towards external parties such as media, community leaders and potential clients and build strategic partnerships.

Skills

• Proven experience as Marketing Director
• Excellent leadership and organizing skills
• Must be able to work well and cohesively with others
• Analytical and creative thinking
• Exquisite communication and interpersonal skills
• Up to speed with current and online marketing techniques and best practices
• Thorough knowledge of web analytics (e.g. Google Analytics, Web Trends etc.) and Google Ad-words
• Customer-oriented approach with aptitude
• BSc / BA in business administration, marketing and communications or relevant field is appreciated but not a requirement.

Salary : 55-60K or starting at $28 / hour

9-5 not including an hour lunch ( hours may vary if there is an event or particular meeting to attend).

MUST LIVE IN THE SOUTH FLORIDA AREA. YOU WILL BE REQUIRED TO BE PHYSICALLY IN THE PRACTICES.
