Assist with care plan implementation and collaborate with RNs, therapists, and physicians. Educate patients and families on post-treatment care, medications, and recovery goals. Maintain accurate clinical records, including medication logs and shift reports. Ensure compliance with infection control, safety protocols, and facility policies.
