3rd Shift Production Floor Worker

Our client, a leader in the manufacturing and distribution of household and personal care products, is seeking a 3rd Shift Production Floor Worker to join their team. As a 3rd Shift Production Floor Worker, you will be part of the operations department supporting the production team. The ideal candidate will have a strong commitment to safety, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to work collaboratively, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title : 3rd Shift Production Floor Worker

Location : Victorville, CA

Pay Range : $21.00

Shift : 10 : 00 PM - 6 : 30 AM, Monday to Friday

What's the Job?

  • Promote a safety culture and awareness while following all safety policies and procedures.
  • Support good housekeeping practices by cleaning workstations and organizing materials.
  • Assist in reworking products, including dumping reclaim from defective containers and replacing missing caps.
  • Ensure consistent flow of materials and supplies to the production line.
  • Communicate issues with materials or equipment promptly to line operators.

What's Needed?

  • High School Diploma or GED.
  • Minimum 6 months warehouse experience preferred.
  • Ability to work up to 12-hour shifts, including weekends as needed.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Willingness to perform janitorial duties as required.
