BUSINESS INTELLIGENCE ANALYST

InnoFi is a technology-forward, people-first auto finance company seeking a skilled Business Intelligence Analyst to transform complex data into actionable insights that drive strategic business decisions. You will work closely with stakeholders across the organization to understand their analytical needs, develop comprehensive reports and dashboards, and identify opportunities for operational improvements through data analysis. Responsibilities

• Partner with executives, managers, and stakeholders at all organizational levels to understand reporting needs and develop tailored solutions
• Create executive dashboards for strategic insights and operational reports that help department managers track performance and make informed decisions
• Collect, process and analyze large datasets from multiple sources to identify trends and business opportunities
• Design and maintain automated reporting systems that support front-line supervisors to senior leadership, ensuring each level has access to relevant, timely and accurate information
• Conduct deep dive analysis to answer critical business questions, perform root cause analysis on performance issues and develop predictive models to forecast business outcomes
• Translate complex technical findings into clear narratives that resonate with both technical and non-technical audiences
• Collaborate with our external service providers and technology partners to ensure data quality, establish governance standards, and optimize data infrastructure to support enterprise-wide analytical requirements
