Description

We are seeking a motivated and personable Licensed Sales Agent to join our growing team in Birmingham, AL. This is an in-office, client facing role focused on building strong local relationships and serving the insurance needs of your community.Please note : This is not a remote position. You must have active Property, Casualty, and Life insurance licenses prior to employment.

Pay Details

• The typical training salary is $55k - $65k
• $1,000 Professional Start Bonus
• Through a combination of base, bonuses, and uncapped commissions, typical total first year compensation ranges from $55k - $75k
• Potential for top performers to earn over $100k in their first year
