JANITORIAL ROVER-FLOATER : PT Schedule 5 : 30PM-10 : 30PM

18.00 / hr. (based on experience) Gas Allowance (depending on job site location) + Growth Path

Job Sites are between Deerfield and Miami.

In this role, you’ll work closely with our Operations Director and Area Manager, supporting daily schedules, site coverage, and the high standards that make TamCare a leader in commercial janitorial service.

What You'll Do :

  • You’ll be part of a mobile janitorial response team—traveling to different buildings across Deerfield to Miami, filling in where needed, and keeping our quality consistent.
  • Most of your shifts will be in the evening or night, but occasional daytime coverage may be needed depending on the site. Flexibility is key.
  • You’ll work closely with the Operations Director and Area Manager to understand daily priorities, site assignments, and client expectations.

Your responsibilities may include :

  • Cleaning commercial common areas, restrooms, offices, breakrooms, lobbies, and elevators.
  • Sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, trash removal, and high-touch surface disinfection.
  • Supporting buildings when other team members are off or sites need extra help.
  • Following safety procedures, checklists, and site-specific instructions.
  • Representing TamCare’s reputation for quality, reliability, and professionalism.

    • What You’ll Need :

  • At least 2 years of janitorial experience (references required).
  • 21+ years old.
  • Reliable transportation for daily travel between job sites.
  • Ability to lift, walk, move, scrub, and shine throughout your shift.
  • Positive attitude, strong communication, and personal pride in your work.
  • Willingness to follow OSHA & CDC protocols, wear PPE, and pass a background check.
  • Bilingual a plus — English required.

    • Where You’ll Work :

  • Commercial properties only — no residential.
  • Coverage area includes Deerfield and Miami.
  • Ideal home base : Fort Lauderdale for efficient travel.
