JANITORIAL ROVER-FLOATER : PT Schedule 5 : 30PM-10 : 30PM

$18.00 / hr. (based on experience) Gas Allowance (depending on job site location) + Growth Path

In this role, you’ll work closely with our Operations Director and Area Manager, supporting daily schedules, site coverage, and the high standards that make TamCare a leader in commercial janitorial service.

What You'll Do :

• You’ll be part of a mobile janitorial response team—traveling to different buildings across Deerfield to Miami, filling in where needed, and keeping our quality consistent.
• Most of your shifts will be in the evening or night, but occasional daytime coverage may be needed depending on the site. Flexibility is key.
• You’ll work closely with the Operations Director and Area Manager to understand daily priorities, site assignments, and client expectations.
