Responsibilities
As a Radio Technician III , you are responsible for staying current in technical theory, application, and operational discipline. Takes on technical and project-related efforts, providing communication as directed. You believe in doing the job right. Being the best. And you’re up for the challenge.
In addition, you will :
- Travel between Arizona, Nevada, and New Mexico for 2-3 week rotations.
- Support key projects, providing day-to-day updates to Senior Technicians and managers as directed.
- Collaborate with team members, actively participating in discussions toward achieving results.
- Support the team by contributing 100% as an individual, while prioritizing team success.
- Heavily scrutinize actions to ensure the customer experience is protected to the greatest extent feasible.
- Quickly adapt to change, seeking to understand the whole picture to best adapt.
- Possess a solid understanding of theory and application related to RAN.
- Openly share ideas to help gain efficiency, solve problems, or add value to the business.
- Demonstrate a continuous desire to learn and develop personally and professionally.
- Have a solid understanding of theory and advanced understanding of applications related to transport.
Qualifications
About You :
Safety is a part of your day to dayYou have a track record of completing work with a high level of qualityYou have a knack for figuring out hard problems and enjoy a hands-on approach to your workYou are looking for long-term projectsYou enjoy getting your hands dirty with your teamYou have a minimum 5+ years of wireless telecommunications or other related experienceYou have a two-year vocational degree in a technical discipline, or a Military equivalent is preferredYou must be able to read and interpret site plans, construction drawings, and SOWYou have solid communication skills; verbal, written, and presentation.Possess excel and Microsoft Office proficiencyYou have operational knowledge and theory of all interconnecting circuits including but not limited to T1, T3, and microwave radioYou must possess a valid driver’s license and comply with the company motor vehicle policyYou understand basic RF Engineering, Radio Frequency theory, and Electricity and Electronics TheoryYou accept and provide constructive feedbackYou have flexibility with ever-changing environments and prioritiesYou can solve problems using creativity and innovationYou are self-motivated; exhibit initiative in achieving company goals and objectivesYou have basic leadership skills and the ability to prioritize and complete multiple tasksYou are able to work independently or in a team environmentYou have strong attention to detailPay Scale : $26-$30.00 Range Based on Experience
