A leading print-finishing company is seeking a Production Superviso r for their 3rd shift operations. This is a direct-hire opportunity with a company that values safety, quality, and continuous improvement. In this role, you will not only oversee nightly production but also play a key part in building and developing a new team—setting the foundation for long-term success and growth. The Production Supervisor will ensure production goals are met while fostering a culture of accountability, teamwork, and professional development.

Schedule :

  • Core Hours : Sunday – Thursday, 10 : 00 PM – 7 : 00 AM
  • Training Schedule : Monday – Friday, 7 : 00 AM – 4 : 00 PM

    • Responsibilities :

  • Lead and manage all production operations and personnel on 3rd shift.
  • Ensure production schedules are met, shift changeovers are accurate, and reports are completed on time.
  • Collaborate with Maintenance, Scheduling, Quality, and Shipping to ensure smooth operations.
  • Exercise sound judgment in responding to production changes and adjustments.
  • Track labor, downtime, and production metrics; analyze and recommend improvements.
  • Support lean manufacturing and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Conduct performance evaluations, career development planning, and corrective actions.
  • Ensure safety procedures are followed and company / customer property is protected.

    • Qualifications :

  • 3+ years of supervisor or management experience.
  • Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency with computers and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Knowledge of print or print finishing processes helpful
  • Experience with lean manufacturing or continuous improvement preferred.
