About the Position :

Make an impact on Colorados transportation infrastructure!

This position provides structural engineering expertise for the design review and evaluation of highway structures. Youll help ensure our roads and bridges are safe efficient and built to last by reviewing project plans developing and updating Structural Standards and Specifications and collaborating with consultants and project teams. This role also involves researching innovative materials methods and tools to improve design and construction practices statewide.

Major duties and responsibilities include but are not limited to :

• Maintain and publish assigned portions of the Departments structural Standards and Specifications.
