Join a fast-growing custom fabrication shop specializing in concealment structures for the telecom industry. We're looking for a skilled TIG welder to take on complex, high-precision welding projects in a dynamic and supportive environment. This is a first-shift opportunity with plenty of overtime potential for those who want to maximize their earnings.

What You'll Do :

Perform TIG welding on aluminum and stainless steel assemblies

Set up and operate welding machines independently for various processes and thicknesses

Fabricate and weld intricate components from blueprints and technical drawings

Operate fabrication equipment including plate rollers, pipe rollers, saws, and drill presses

Maintain high standards of quality and precision throughout the welding process

What We're Looking For :

Minimum 3 years of TIG welding experience

Strong proficiency with aluminum and stainless steel

Ability to read and interpret blueprints accurately

Experience fabricating complex assemblies without supervision

Familiarity with hand tools and fabrication equipment

Job Type & Location :

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of North Charleston, SC.

Pay and Benefits :

The pay range for this position is $27.00 - $28.00 / hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
