About this opportunity...

The Analyst, Merchant Operations is responsible for collecting, analyzing, and presenting data-driven insights and recommendations to identify and drive business improvements. This position will execute and refine standard reporting processes while effectively communicating results and recommendations to management in both written and verbal formats.

The Analyst must possess strong collaboration skills, working closely with cross-functional partners such as Distribution Centers, Planning, Merchandising, and Allocation teams. This role requires the ability to work independently, manage multiple deliverables, and maintain focus on priorities in a fast-paced and evolving environment. The ideal candidate will leverage strong technical and functional skills to respond to ad-hoc data requests and support continuous process improvement across the organization.

The base salary range for this role is $65,200 - $75,000. The base salary range is dependent on factors including, but not limited to, experience, skills, qualifications, relevant education, certifications, seniority, and location. The range listed is just one component of the total compensation package for employees. Other rewards vary by position and location.
