Summary / Objective

Lead the development and execution of our core marketing strategies. This role is pivotal in identifying market opportunities, defining our competitive positioning, and shaping the future direction of our product portfolio from a marketing perspective. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of driving brand awareness, lead generation, and customer engagement through innovative marketing campaigns and a deep understanding of the medical device industry.

• Strategy Development

Develop and execute long-term and short-term marketing strategies aligned with MGC Diagnostics' business objectives, revenue targets and product development roadmaps.

Develop and implement a robust social media strategy across relevant platforms (e.g., LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.) to increase brand visibility, engagement, and lead generation.

Define key performance indicators (KPIs) for strategic marketing initiatives and establish robust measurement frameworks.

Work closely with sales to develop effective lead nurturing programs and sales enablement tools.

Supervisory Responsibility

This position will supervise 2-4 direct reports.
