Spirax Sarco is seeking a dedicated Sales Engineer to drive energy solutions. This role is remote, but the candidate needs to be located in the territory.

Key Responsibilities

• Jointly call on end users to support sales efforts and deliver outstanding solutions.
• Develop and nurture connections with distribution channels through planning and technical training.
• Develop and monitor the business plan for your sales territory to ensure flawless execution.
• Generate sales that exceed the forecast for the area, supplying to Spirax Sarco's market share growth.
• Build and implement specific activities that align with the organization's strategic goals.
• Cultivate customer relationships to develop repeat business in assigned territories.
• Collaborate with your Area Manager to develop a dynamic Top 25 account list within your territory.
• Determine sales potential of companies, prioritize accounts, and develop action plans to penetrate the market, including cold calling and canvassing techniques.
• Train end users on Spirax Sarco products and services through informal sessions and formal presentations.
• Ensure customers receive accurate and timely quotations for products / services and expedite orders as needed.
• Follow up with customers to ensure happiness and identify needs for future business opportunities.
