Travel Physical Therapist (PT) – Newington, CT

A healthcare facility in Newington, CT is seeking a Travel Physical Therapist (PT) for a 12-week assignment.

Assignment Details : Start Date : 12 / 1

Duration : 12 weeks

Shift : Days, 5x8s (40 hours / week)

Hours : 3 shifts 7 : 00am–3 : 30pm, 2 shifts 10 : 30am–7 : 00pm (specific days TBD)

Schedule Options : 36 hours, 40 hours, 4x10s, day or night shifts, every other weekend / holiday coverage may be required

On-Call : Not required

Requirements :

Valid Connecticut PT License

CPR certified

Minimum 1 year of experience, Orthopedic experience preferred

Role Overview :

The Physical Therapist will provide patient care in both inpatient and outpatient settings, implementing individualized treatment plans, performing therapeutic exercises, and assisting patients in improving mobility, strength, and functional independence. Must be able to work autonomously with minimal supervision while collaborating with the care team.
