What You’ll Do :

Be on the front lines, answering calls and helping customers with their account status

Manage and resolve customer concerns efficiently and professionally

Work with multiple departments to provide seamless customer support

Respond to customer inquiries via SMS, email, and voicemail

Support your teammates to create an exceptional customer experience

Handle accounts pending closure and ensure positive resolutions

Contribute to an awesome, customer-focused company culture

What We’re Looking For :

Team player – You love working with others and lifting up the team

Tech-savvy – You can quickly learn new software (Google Suite & PestRoutes CRM)

Experience in customer service? Awesome! (Call center, hospitality, service industry, or automotive experience preferred but not required)

Sales & retention experience? Even better! If you’ve worked in a role where you’ve helped retain customers or closed deals, we’d love to see what you bring to the table!
