Addition is growing rapidly, and we're hiring a Data Analyst. This individual will work closely with the founder and founding team to help identify big opportunities, execute, and will play a key role in the company's growth. The right individual is smart, scrappy, and be ready to dive into whatever what needs to be done.

As a critical member of our team, you will work directly with the executive team, as well as collaborate across product, design, engineering, and marketing teams to drive reporting and uncover key insights. We are looking for someone who is excited about our mission to make personalized financial expertise inclusive and accessible for all.

Who You Are

• 3-5 years of experience in a data-focused role within a fast-paced, analytical environment-consulting, investment banking, private equity, or a high-growth startup (preferably fintech).
• Deep understanding of business dynamics and comfort working cross-functionally to uncover insights that drive strategic decisions.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a proven ability to translate ambiguous questions into clear, data-driven narratives.
• Self-starter who thrives in a dynamic, high-accountability environment and can work autonomously while collaborating effectively with diverse teams.
• Experience designing, maintaining, and optimizing data models, dashboards, and reporting pipelines.
• Excellent communication skills, capable of distilling complex data into actionable insights for technical and non-technical audiences alike.
• Passionate about our mission to make personalized financial expertise more inclusive and accessible.

$90,000 - $130,000 a year

Salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target salaries for the position across all US locations.
