Accounts Receivable Representative

Responsible for processing, reconciling and maintaining records of payments received by brokers for payment of insurance coverages as well as maintain premium tax filings.

This role is full-time working in our Springfield, MO office.

Responsibilities :

• Maintain detailed and accurate accounts receivable files.
• Mail statements to brokers.
• Posts client payments and carrier direct bill payments to the accounting system.
• Reconcile unapplied payment amounts posted in the accounting system.
• Execute intra-company bank transfers.
• Accurately and timely process all deposits to the appropriate account.
• Reconcile and respond to broker inquiries / discrepancies.
• Special projects as needed.
