We are based in Stoughton, MA with a strong presence in Eastern Massachusetts. Currently we are seeking a full-time Administrative Assistant to join our professional staff. The Administrative Assistant will be a crucial team member working directly with Project Managers and be responsible for :
Project Management Support
Document Management
Subcontract and Change Order Preparation and Tracking
Tracking and Submission of Submittals, Certified Payroll Reporting
Creating, Updating and Submitting Project Lists, Logs, and Meeting Notes
Project Close-out Documentation
We are seeking an individual who is hard-working, detail oriented, results-driven, professional, accountable, and team-oriented to work alongside our Project Management staff.
Qualifications we are seeking include the following :
Must have a minimum of 3 years of experience working with a General Contractor
Must have a working knowledge of Excel and Word
Experience with DocuSign and Procore preferred
