Key Responsibilities

Answer questions and investigate issues from partners, documenting feedback effectively

Maintain a positive and empathetic attitude while collaborating with various departments

Quickly assimilate new information and manage the company's knowledge base and resources

Required Qualifications

Demonstrated success in managing multiple projects simultaneously

Experience in customer service

Resourcefulness and strong problem-solving abilities

Preferred experience with Zendesk

Experience in K-12 education and technology is a plus
