Service Equipment Tech - Virtual

We are seeking individuals in the Clearwater office who set up CPAPs and DME equipment using Docusign and SameSurf for patients in their home.

Job Responsibilities :

• Performs CPAP setups in a timely and professional manner May also perform setup of oxygen equipment and other DME remotelyThis includes completion of all required documentationInstructs patient on the safe and proper use of equipment
• Complete 48-hour CPAP Compliance report
• Follows applicable policies and procedures of Lincare, including those in the Safety & Regulatory Manual including General Safety
• May serve as a backup to other employees for vacation, illness, or other periods of absenteeism
• Complete all necessary paperwork and instruction of equipment using Docusign and SameSurf for remote patients
• Specialty Equipment Techs are housed with the Clearwater Virtual team this is not a remote positionemployee is required to come into the Clearwater corporate office
• Must have good interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
• Must be computer-literate
• Must be able to read and interpret instructions, effectively communicating them to patients
