JOB OVERVIEW : This position is responsible for entering and processing sales orders. The person in this role will understand HealthFirst Sales Operations processes and procedures to ensure timely and accurate submission of customer orders for processing and shipment, meeting applicable Quality standards. Works with Production team and other departments to troubleshoot issues.

MINIMUM WORK EXPERIENCE : Minimum of 1 year in customer service experience or equivalent preferred.
PREFERRED EDUCATION : General education, vocational training and / or on-the-job training.
TRAVEL / PHYSICAL DEMANDS : Travel typically less than 10%. Office environment. No special physical demands required.
SKILL : Very good understanding of the job and apply knowledge and skills to complete a wide range of tasks. Apply acquired knowledge of procedures and external regulations.
COMPLEXITY : Work on assignments that are moderately difficult and may require judgment and initiative. Understand implications of work and make recommendations for solutions. May be responsible for making independent procedural decisions.
SUPERVISION : Work under minimal supervision and may determine methods and procedures on new assignments.
PERFORMANCE REQUIREMENTS : Typically, to advance to a new job level, TSMs must demonstrate professional behavior and should consistently be at the high-end of meets expectations or consistently exceed expectations.
The range for this position is $19.34-21.25. Many factors go into determining employee pay within the posted range including education, prior experience, training, current skills, certifications, location / labor market, internal equity, etc.
