Job Responsibilities :

The Data Informatics Analytics Intern will be responsible for conducting ad-hoc analyses, dashboard creation, and predictive analytics for the security organization at ServiceNow. This individual must possess high business acumen as well as a strong understanding of data and analytics to drive impactful business decisions.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to :

• Conduct ad-hoc analyses based on shifting business needs using SQL, Python, R, and / or Excel
• Regularly present to organization leaders on the insights they uncover
• Create reporting capabilities using PowerBI
• Take a proactive approach to analytics to suggest the next best steps based on initial insights
• Pull / combine various (sometimes disparate) datasets together accurately and efficiently
• Provide compelling data visualizations that drive business leaders towards data-driven decisions

Qualifications

Graduating December 2026, or later

For positions in this location, we offer a base pay of $43.04 / hr, plus equity (when applicable), variable / incentive compensation and benefits. Sales positions generally offer a competitive On Target Earnings (OTE) incentive compensation structure. Please note that the base pay shown is a guideline, and individual total compensation will vary based on factors such as qualifications, skill level, competencies, and work location. We also offer health plans, including flexible spending accounts, a 401(k) Plan with company match, ESPP, matching donations, a flexible time away plan and family leave programs. Compensation is based on the geographic location in which the role is located and is subject to change based on work location.
