DDCM Inc Management is thriving with two properties totaling 200 units in a prime location and seeking an enthusiastic Leasing Agent to join our dynamic team!

• Become the face of our property, acting as the key liaison between management and prospective / current residents.
• Assist with marketing efforts and implement strategies to attract new tenants.
• Conduct property tours, showcasing amenities and features to potential renters.
• Guide applicants through the application and leasing process.
• Provide exceptional customer service and build positive relationships with residents.
• Maintain detailed records and ensure compliance with Fair Housing laws.
• Previous sales or customer service experience.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• A positive, team-oriented attitude.
• Detail-oriented and organized.
