About the Role

Applicants for the Chief of Staff position at the company should have a minimum of 10 years' professional experience, with at least 5 years in a leadership, project management, or strategic advisory role supporting senior executives. A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is required, with a Master's degree (MBA) preferred. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing cross-functional initiatives, driving accountability, and ensuring operational efficiency. Experience in change management, business transformation, or organizational development is a plus, and a background in consulting, finance, or operations management may be beneficial.
