Highspring has been engaged with a trusted Private Equity client, and they are in search of an Interim Head of FP&A for their $3B+ franchise business. This is a hands‑on interim Head of FP&A role, where the role is responsible for budgeting, forecasting, scenario modeling, financial analysis, and performance measurement, while serving as a key business partner to the CFO and the private equity sponsor.
Detailed Responsibilities include :
- Financial Planning and Analysis leader responsible for ensuring all companies within the enterprise are proactively supported with actionable reporting and financial modeling.
- Advise strategic planning with a financial lens on the economics of the unit‑level franchisee and of the franchisor. Strategic initiatives including, but not limited to, adjustments to business models, product pricing or new offerings, and investment decisions.
- Lead and develop a team of FP&A team members of various experience levels to achieve results and continuously improve processes and optimize value to business leaders.
- Responsible for annual budgeting and quarterly forecasting of the company portfolio containing numerous businesses in varying industries as well as shared services departments that support them.
- As a member of the Data Governance Team, contribute to defining terms for the company's data glossary, calculations of critical KPIs, identification and prioritization of new data requirements, and selecting BI applications to be used in the consumption and reporting of data.
- Deliver monthly and quarterly reporting to a variety of internal and external stakeholders including department heads, international master franchisees, company management, Board, lenders, and private equity partners. This reporting is catered to the audience to be not only timely and accurate, but also insightful, useful, and engaging.
- Provide the franchise sales team and their marketing affiliates with lead conversion metrics and analysis.
- Partner with Treasury team to model cash‑flows and forecast debt covenant compliance.
Education & Experience
Track record of success as a Hands‑on Head / VP / SVP of FP&A for PE‑owned franchise business with revenues of $750M+We must fill this role immediately, so ability to start within a 2‑week period.Seniority level
