What You’ll Do
Conduct functional behavior assessments and develop individualized treatment plans tailored to each child’s unique needs.
Provide high-quality, in-home ABA therapy for children with autism spectrum disorder (ASD) and developmental disabilities.
Supervise and mentor Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs), providing training and modeling best practices for treatment implementation.
Monitor and approve RBT session notes to ensure clinical accuracy and integrity.
Track and analyze client progress, making data-driven recommendations to refine treatment plans.
Deliver mandatory parent and caregiver training to empower families to reinforce skills between sessions.
Ensure families receive a minimum of 10 service hours per week to maintain consistent progress.
Maintain detailed and timely documentation in electronic health records (CYBER); if assigned, perform Care client documentation as well.
Collaborate with families, caregivers, schools, and other professionals to provide holistic care.
Facilitate insurance authorizations by working with major carriers creating initial and reassessments.
What We’re Looking For
Active BCBA certification and New Jersey LBA license (required).
At least 2 years of experience delivering ABA services, preferably in home or community settings.
Experience with EVV (Electronic Visit Verification) systems is a plus.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage and prioritize caseloads independently.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build trusting partnerships with families and teams.
Data-driven mindset; skilled at defining measurable target behaviors and designing effective data collection.
