STS Physical Security Specialist

Job Description :

Performs advanced application-level troubleshooting, programming, configuration, scripting, and service analysis for the Physical Security program. This position is high level and requires advanced working knowledge of computer systems, networking, and program specific user interfaces.

Responsibilities :

• Perform project and task assignments provided by team leads and / or team management
• Apply all technical training received on specific systems to live environments managed by the team
• Maintain systems as directed by team leads and / or team management
• Generate various reports as requested by team leads and / or team management
• Cooperate and work in tandem with other team members in a highly sensitive, critical infrastructure environment to facilitate completion of project schedules and tasks
• Make all adjustments or changes to systems as directed by the team leads and / or team management
• Ensure all activities meet or exceed corporate commitments as they are assigned to role and team
• Develop and maintain a “One Team Approach” within a multiple integrator team that is centrally managed and operates within a highly sensitive critical infrastructure environment
• Follow all Security Technical Services team policies and procedures
• Engage in a planned program of professional development, coordinated goals and responsibilities, and maintain continued growth in professional skills and knowledge essential to the position.
• Keep current with the latest technologies, support processes, and risk mitigation measures.

Pay Range

$65,000 - $80,000 USD
