Our Fleet Services Department is looking for a Data & Quality Technician to join their team in Riviera Beach, FL.
Key Responsibilities :
- Manage vehicle and equipment acquisition, including creating capital internal order (IO), purchase orders, confirmations, registrations, tags, SunPass transponders, and HOV certifications.
- Update fixed assets for new units by entering essential details and verifying accuracy, ensuring complete profile information through departmental collaboration.
- Backup Fleet Services in vehicle auction and disposal by updating unit status, pulling titles, acquiring necessary certifications, preparing and uploading spreadsheets with auction details.
- Provide direct support to garage operations related to ordering and processing payment for day-to-day supplies such as water, office supplies, special order items such as business cards, name plates and other office related items.
- Manage vendor maintenance, initiate shopping carts, support AR processing, handle payments, process invoices and credit memos, and create POs for Fleet.
- Primary storm role is business continuity also creating travel teams and travel orders in StormForce
Job Overview :
This position provides administrative support and assists with critical records for vehicle replacement activities, accounting / tracking functions associated with vehicle purchase transactions and all license and title activities for new equipment purchases as well as renewal activities for fleet equipment.
Job Duties & Responsibilities :
Manages and maintains fleet equipment and vehicle Master Data in financial systemMaintains critical records with high degree of accuracyServes as data / records administrator for disposal activities and auction recordsCoordinates records transfer from the Company to auctioneer and final customerConducts daily accounting activities for the Company's fuel, vehicle title, and license activitiesProcesses and records vehicle acquisition purchase documents, MSO, and titlesFiles with county / state for license, administers HOV stickers, and processes SunPass tagsAdministers vehicle insurance records and processes renewal documentsInitiates contract renewals and ensures contract values are adequate to process acquisition related invoicesInteracts with supply chain on contract issues and payment recordsNotarizes and records critical vehicle records / documentsProcesses Equipment Transfer Authorizations (ETA) and Vehicle Justification Form (VJF) records in financial systemPerforms other job-related duties as assignedRequired Qualifications :
