What Youll Do
- Lead & Develop Your Team : Recruit train and mentor regional sales reps to exceed targets.
- Drive Sales Growth : Develop strategies to expand market share build relationships and boost revenue.
- Build Partnerships : Work closely with dealers contractors architects and distributors to position Techo-Bloc as the go-to choice.
- Analyze & Optimize : Stay ahead of industry trends track performance and adjust strategies for maximum impact.
