Senior Infrastructure Engineer

A company is looking for a Senior Infrastructure Engineer to join their Infrastructure Engineering team remotely.

Key Responsibilities

Apply software engineering and SRE principles to build, maintain, monitor, and operate complex infrastructure

Work closely with software engineers to integrate infrastructure with software solutions

Drive issues to completion while managing resources in high-pressure situations

Required Qualifications

4+ years of experience in building software for or operating large Linux-based web application environments

Experience with UNIX systems administration and scripting in languages such as Golang, Ruby, PHP, or Bash

Familiarity with Docker and orchestration systems like Nomad, Kubernetes, or Amazon ECS

Knowledge of configuration management systems such as Ansible, Chef, or Puppet

Experience with observability and application performance monitoring tools like ELK, Prometheus, or New Relic
