Job Title : In-Home Occupational Therapy Assistant – ADL Specialist

Company : Home Health Care, Inc.

Location : Twin Cities Metro Area

Compensation : $42-$46 per visit

Job Type : Full Time and Part Time Hours available

What You’ll Do :

  • Support clients with daily living skills through exercises and education under the guidance of a licensed OT
  • Collaborate with caregivers to ensure continuity between visits
  • Deliver personalized care that empowers individuals to live more safely and independently at home
  • Maintain thorough documentation in an electronic charting system

    • Qualifications :

  • Minnesota Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant license
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
  • Passion for client-focused rehabilitation and working directly in the home
