Responsibilities
Duties and responsibilities :
- Aptitude for and dedication to medical education and providing evidence-based anesthesia care with high-quality clinical teams that enhance the patient experience and have a committed attitude towards patient safety and quality care
- Clinically active physician who models the practice of evidence-based medicine and exhibits superior patient experience skills and outcomes in all areas of anesthesia practice
- Fosters a collaborative model of practice to promote the growth and success of the Dignity Health Medical Group and St Joseph’s Hospital and Medical Center as a whole
- Collaborates with the Anesthesia Physician Lead to develop and implement educational programs within the department
- Interest in educating residents, and students
- Works with the Manager and staff in the development and enhancement of practice guidelines
- Exemplifies mission-appropriate excellence
- Perform such other reasonable duties as may be assigned from time to time
