The Chief Medical Officer will :
Oversee leadership, direction, and administration of quality care in the provision of behavioral health services and medical management of all consumersSupport a clinical staff of 80+ while building a culture of engagement and team collaboration across all clinical and operational functionsSpearhead the integration, coordination, and improvement of clinical care and patient safety for healthcare operationsGuide the development and implementation of medical staff policies, practices, and clinical programs throughout the health systemDrive, support, and model a service-oriented culture focused on employee engagement, quality, patient safety, service excellence, fiscal responsibility, and the overall patient experienceReceive an executive level compensation package to include competitive base salary with a 20% target bonus and myriad benefits.
