POSITION SUMMARY

The Product Coordinator will be responsible for assisting the Product Marketing department in daily tasks such as, but not limited to, game administration, product marketing administration, sales support, and other administrative tasks as assigned. The Product Coordinator is accountable for day-to-day operational interaction between multiple departments and must be a reliable asset with excellent communication skills. This is an excellent opportunity for a recent college graduate or those looking to further their knowledge of the global gaming industry.

REPORTS TO : Director of Product Management & Strategy

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

The key responsibilities will include the following :

Game Administration

  • Process project tasks requested by sales; assist in ensuring progress of request.
  • Work directly with Technical Compliance to ensure successful transfer.
  • Communicate developments with Product Marketing department and other key stakeholders.
  • Provide Sales with timely updates on project statuses and game submission progression.
  • Manage and submit documentation for secondary market approvals in accordance with jurisdictional and internal procedures.

Product Marketing Administration

  • Update internal systems with necessary game materials, including multiple documents.
  • Manage new client requests and a database of existing clients.
  • Routinely audit internal systems for accuracy.
  • Generate and maintain tracker reports to monitor project and game status.
  • Maintain internal showroom with up-to-date materials and game displays.
  • Ensure the game library is current and accurately reflects available titles.
  • Partner with the Marketing team to develop and update promotional game slicks.
  • Marketing and Sales Support

  • Ongoing communication with Technical Compliance and Product Marketing regarding process statuses.
  • Professional communication with Sales team to address any concerns or needs.
  • Respond to and manage inquiries received through the company website in a timely and professional manner.
  • Perform additional administrative and support duties as assigned.
  • JOB REQUIREMENTS : Education

  • Degree in Business Administration preferred, but not required
  • Minimum of 2 years work experience in the gaming industry required
  • Knowledge & Skills

  • Ability to learn new applications
  • Detail-oriented
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Professional demeanor
  • Proficiency in Microsoft applications including Excel, Access, Outlook, and Word required
  • Tableau experience is a plus
  • Physical Requirements and Work Environment

    Physical Requirements : Primary functions require the ability and mobility to work in an office setting; to stand or sit for prolonged periods of time; to occasionally stoop, bend, kneel, crouch, reach, and twist; to lift, carry, push, and / or pull up to 25 lbs.; and to operate office equipment requiring repetitive hand movement and fine coordination including the use of a computer keyboard.

    Work Environment : Work is performed primarily in a standard office setting. Occasional travel to and from marketing events.

    Other Requirements

  • This position will interact with all departments within the Company including global partners.
  • This position will require the ability to travel up to 25% of the time.
  • The successful candidate must be able to obtain and maintain a Nevada Gaming registration.
