You will be a Cyber Software Engineer in the Program Protection Organization. Our organization oversees all aspects of Anti-Tamper and embedded Cybersecurity across Missiles and Fire Control. We are chartered with providing the skills and innovative technologies to develop, design, produce and sustain secure products across our Lines of Business.

What You Will Be Doing As the Cyber Software Engineer you will be responsible for supporting a broad range of challenges in a dynamic team environment and the ability to work with Cyber Exploitation Engineers, Cyber System Security Engineers and system engineers across Lockheed Martin to develop new exploitation software tools, and maintain current capabilities. Your responsibilities will include :

• Leverage your technical, and interpersonal skills in a structured team framework and work in a cross-functional engineering Team environment.
• Employ a high level of productivity and responsiveness, especially for time-critical requirements, with a team-oriented approach to interface with team members.
• Support exploitation testing to improve integrity and security of weapon system environments.
• Support testing and related activities across a wide variety of platforms and technologies using advanced techniques and methodologies, such as embedded hardware, electronic warfare, radio frequency, etc.

Desired Skills Designing, development, documents, testing, and maintaining full spectrum cyber solutions Developing and automating secure systems to support cyber offensive, defense and full spectrum cyber operations Conducting vulnerability research, reverse engineering, penetration testing (red / blue teams) Developing and integrating low-level firmware, and / or develops specialized cyber software solutions and tools based on mission requirements Embedded Systems knowledge to conduct research to evaluate potential vulnerabilities and develop new capabilities to exploit and / or mitigate vulnerabilities

Onsite Full-time : The work associated with this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility.

4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week

Pay Rate : The annual base salary range for this position in California and New York (excluding most major metropolitan areas), Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, New Jersey, Vermont, Washington or Washington DC is $104,900 - $184,920. For states not referenced above, the salary range for this position will reflect the candidate's final work location. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only. Lockheed Martin considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education / training, key skills as well as market and business considerations when extending an offer. Represented full time employees accrue 6.67 hours of Vacation per month; accrue up to 52 hours of sick leave annually; receive at least 96 hours for holidays. PTO, Vacation, sick leave, and holiday hours are prorated based on start date during the calendar year. This position is incentive plan eligible.
