Job Summary :
- We are seeking a skilled System Analyst with strong expertise in data analysis and system analysis to support and enhance our banking technology platforms.
- The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience working with digital banking solutions such as Q2 , Plinkit , FIS DIB , and FIS CIB platforms.
- This role requires a combination of analytical thinking, technical proficiency, and deep understanding of financial systems to ensure smooth integration, optimization, and innovation across our banking channels.
Key Responsibilities :
Conduct detailed system analysis to identify opportunities for improvement, integration, and automation within banking platforms.Perform data analysis to support business decision-making, identify trends, and ensure data integrity across systems.Collaborate with business stakeholders, developers, and vendors to gather and document system requirements.Support the implementation, testing, and maintenance of digital banking platforms including Q2 , Plinkit , FIS DIB , and FIS CIB .Troubleshoot and resolve system issues, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.Develop and maintain documentation such as data flow diagrams, process maps, and technical specifications.Ensure system compliance with regulatory and security standards in the banking industry.Provide support for platform upgrades, data migrations, and integration projects.Partner with data teams to improve data quality, governance, and reporting capabilities.Qualifications and Skills :
Required :
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.3-5 years of experience as a System Analyst or Data Analyst in the banking or financial services industry .Hands-on experience with Q2 , Plinkit , FIS DIB , and / or FIS CIB platforms.Strong analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills.Experience with SQL, data querying, and reporting tools.Understanding of digital banking operations, APIs, and system integrations.Excellent communication and documentation skills.About AgreeYa :
