Operations Analyst AI-Driven Fintech Platform (Remote)

The platform is live, growing fast, and well funded. We're looking for a junior to mid-level Operations Analyst who's excited about using AI to work smarter, not harder. You'll help improve the way our platform runs day-to-day and support the broader team by turning complex, manual processes into streamlined, intelligent systems.

What You'll Do

• Support and improve operational workflows across teams and systems
• Use AI tools to analyze data, track platform performance, and generate actionable insights
• Help automate recurring tasks in operations, due diligence, compliance, and reporting
• Collaborate with product, engineering, data, marketing, and compliance teams to improve how we work and serve customers
• Assist in documenting and improving internal policies, support processes, and operating procedures
• Identify inefficiencies and take initiative to make things run smoother, faster, and with more consistency
