Responsibilities

  • Client Interaction : Greet and direct clients and visitors throughout the facility, ensuring a warm and professional welcome.
  • Document Management : Accurately file documents, open, sort, and route incoming mail, and prepare outgoing mail as needed.
  • Administrative Support : Assist operational teams with administrative tasks and provide general clerical support.
  • Office Equipment Operation : Operate office machines including scanners, copiers, and fax machines.
  • Front Desk Assistance : Help clients and customers at the front desk and handle inquiries with a high level of customer service.
  • Lobby Procedures : May be responsible for daily opening and closing procedures of the front lobby.
  • Data Entry : Perform data entry accurately and efficiently into various systems.
  • Customer Service Excellence : Provide exceptional service to clients, participants, landlords, co-workers, and vendors.

Requirements

  • Strong customer service skills and a professional demeanor.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
  • Familiarity with office equipment and administrative procedures.
  • Proficiency in data entry and basic computer skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Previous experience in a similar role is a plus but not required.
