Responsibilities
Client Interaction : Greet and direct clients and visitors throughout the facility, ensuring a warm and professional welcome.
Document Management : Accurately file documents, open, sort, and route incoming mail, and prepare outgoing mail as needed.
Administrative Support : Assist operational teams with administrative tasks and provide general clerical support.
Office Equipment Operation : Operate office machines including scanners, copiers, and fax machines.
Front Desk Assistance : Help clients and customers at the front desk and handle inquiries with a high level of customer service.
Lobby Procedures : May be responsible for daily opening and closing procedures of the front lobby.
Data Entry : Perform data entry accurately and efficiently into various systems.
Customer Service Excellence : Provide exceptional service to clients, participants, landlords, co-workers, and vendors.
Requirements
Strong customer service skills and a professional demeanor.
Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
Familiarity with office equipment and administrative procedures.
Proficiency in data entry and basic computer skills.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Previous experience in a similar role is a plus but not required.
