Member Services Representative (Hybrid Work)

As a Member Service Representative, you'll be the friendly face (or voice!) of our organization-helping members with questions, resolving concerns, and making sure every interaction leaves them smiling. You'll be part of a collaborative, remote-first team that values empathy, communication, and continuous growth.

• What You'll Do :
• Provide exceptional support to members
• Answer inquiries, resolve issues, and guide members through our services
• Maintain accurate records and follow up on open cases
• Collaborate with teammates and leadership to improve the member experience
• Bring positive energy and a problem-solving mindset to every interaction
• What We're Looking For :
• Excellent communication skills in English (verbal and written)
• A passion for helping people and solving problems
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Comfortable using technology and learning new tools
• Previous customer service experience is a plus-but not required!
• Must be flexible with shifts available

Position Title : Member Service Representative

Location : Winchester, Virginia

Placement Type : Contract to Hire (no contract end date!)

Work Setting : On site training until released to Hybrid setup (2 days on site and 3 days work from home)

Pay rate : $19.50 per hour

Shift Schedule : Flex

Training Duration : 2-3 months

• No time off during training
• Shifts available : ( 2 days off; 1 fixed day off + 1 rotating day off)
• Mon - Sat

Mid - Evening shifts available

• Sun - Fri

Mid - Evening shifts available

• Shift preferences will be taken into consideration but will not be guaranteed

The pay range for this position is $19.50 - $19.50 / hr.
